Part of being a grandparent is the chance to have that intimate relationship with a child without having to actually raise them. Grandparents tend to do things like letting the kids stay up late and eat too many sweets. While most of these little leniencies can harmless, talk to your parents if their actions are not in line with your values and express your desire to have a consistent family culture that’s enforced multi-generationally.
