Healthy Snacks For Pregnant Mommies

Almond-Butter & Honey Granola.

This snack is great when your on the go. Heat two tablespoons of butter, one-third cup of almond butter, three tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of maple syrup in a saucepan on low heat until smooth. In a separate bowl add three cups of rolled oats, your two cups of your desired dried fruit and add the heated mixture to the oat mixture. Mix with hands and spread into a 9 X 12 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Cover for two hours and refrigerate. When cooled, cut into squares and enjoy.
