Don’t Ask Other Parents to Pay for an Activity.
A great etiquette tip from kids’ parties: “Parents who choose to host a party at a rock climbing facility, water park, movie theater or any other attraction that requires an entrance fee, are also expected to pay said fee for invited guests. It’s not acceptable to ask parents to pay for the admission while you supply the food, goodies and other party extras. If children are too young to be dropped off and picked up, it is also your responsibility to pay for at least one adult per child. That being said, it is okay to indicate on the invitation that the admission will be covered for one child and one adult, and any additional guests (siblings or a second parent) will be expected to pay their own way.”
