Swedish Children Learn Self Control Earlier

 

Swedish preschools teach children self control early on.  Their schools do not have any type of fence surrounding areas.  Instead they rely on the child learning to have self control and obeying the rule of the “invisible” fence.  I am not quite sure how well this would work with my little explorer but it would be interesting to see.

Learning about parenting traditions from around the world can be surprising and sometimes even shocking.  However, you might learn something from taking a look at these approaches and seeing what they offer for your own children.
