Selina Meyer on Veep

Selina Meyer is the Vice-President of the United States on the TV show veep. She has a daughter named Catherine that is always neglected and powerless when it comes to her mother. From forcing her daughter to eat a non-vegetarian meal when her daughter has informed her previously that she is a vegetarian, to flirting with her ex-husband at her daughter’s birthday dinner to forgetting that she was having lunch with Catherine – despite the fact that the lunch was supposed to prove that Catherine is her priority, Selina Meyer unfortunately comes off as very selfish. Catherine is neglected often and it is painful (but very funny) to watch.
