Frank Gallagher on Shameless

This might be the worst one. Frank is an alcoholic that will recklessly spend his disability check on a good time instead of helping his six kids, most of whom are under the age of 18. For some reason he is constantly criticizing some institution or another and complains that good, hard-working Americans such as himself are getting cheated. On numerous occasions he uses his kids to help him with his mischief, for example getting his youngest son kidnapped because he owes drug dealers money or stealing groceries from his kids.
