What Has The Result of the Culture Shift Been?

With this shift in culture, it seems that children are losing their ability to get together with other kids and plan an impromptu game.  Instead the children are completely supervised and scheduled.  This is part of what has caused today’s children to not be able to entertain themselves unless they have a TV, computer, tablet, phone, or video game in front of them.
