If you know anything at all about us, you know how much we love our limes. This oil is perfect for bright, fresh dishes and even for dipping fresh bread.
As with all of our oils, we use no artificial flavorings here. Real, fresh, juicy limes are crushed with premium olives to create this bright flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
So, what do we do with Lime Olive Oil?? It’s especially amazing with Latin or Thai inspired recipes. Just yesterday, I rubbed it all over my Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos and crisped them up in the oven. And last week I was actually out of limes, so I used my lime oil to saute ground turkey and fresh ginger for our favorite Spicy Turkey Lettuce Wraps. Drizzle it over Thai noodle dishes like our famous Thai Peanut Noodles or use it in place of regular olive oil in Black Bean Hummus. It’s fantastic used in a saute pan to crisp up quesadillas or rubbed on meats before grilling. It makes a great gift because it’s so unique- and that bright green label is just too cute (if I don’t say so myself.)
